Sharon Paine is an accomplished change management professional with extensive experience across various organizations, currently serving as Manager Change at Farmers Mutual Group since September 2021. Demonstrating expertise in building change management practices, developing leadership capabilities, and implementing change frameworks, Sharon has also held significant roles such as Business Change Manager at FMG and Change Management Capability Lead at the Tertiary Education Commission. With a background in strategic planning, technology leadership, and stakeholder engagement, Sharon has contributed to the successful execution of change initiatives in workplaces such as the Ministry of Housing and Urban Development and the NZ Transport Agency. Sharon holds a Bachelor of Business Studies in Accounting and Finance from Massey University and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Institute of Directors in New Zealand.
