Carolien van Blitterswijk currently serves as a Programmamanager Toekomstbestendig Werkgeverschap at FME since March 2021 and has been a Projectmanager en adviseur Duurzame Inzetbaarheid at Toekomstwerkers since February 2017. Carolien is also a board member of the Nederland Kennisnetwerk Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (NKDI), which promotes sustainable employability through the integration of research and practical insights. Previous experience includes roles as an Adviseur Duurzame Inzetbaarheid at werkgeversvereniging AWVN and Tiptrack, where Carolien focused on sustainable employability initiatives, and as a Manager Kwaliteit, Marketing & Communicatie at Luba Groep, overseeing various operational aspects including communication and process innovation. Carolien holds a Master’s Degree in MHRM with a focus on Sustainable Employability from HAN University of Applied Sciences and a Bachelor's Degree in HRM from Haagse Hogeschool.
