Elise Jones is a Geotechnical Engineering Associate at F&ME Consultants, Inc., where responsibilities include analyzing and designing roadway embankments, earth retaining structures, and bridge foundations, as well as conducting static settlement analyses and performing Crosshole Sonic Logging tests. Elise has also contributed to geotechnical engineering reports and developed subsurface soil stratigraphy profiles using Microstation software. Previous experience includes roles as a Geotechnical Engineering Lab Intern, a Graduate Researcher at the University of South Carolina focusing on cyclic triaxial tests, and an Undergraduate Research Assistant at the South Carolina Department of Transportation. Elise holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil and Environmental Engineering and is pursuing a Master of Science in Civil Engineering, both from the University of South Carolina.
