Herold DI Wolfgang has extensive experience in the financial and insurance sectors, currently serving as Teamleiter Aufsicht über Versicherungsgruppen and Spezialist für Marktrisiko at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich since August 2009. Previously, Herold held the position of Vorstand at Siemens Pensionskasse from June 2007 to August 2009, and served as Prokurist at Innovest KAG from September 1998 to August 2009. Earlier in the career, Herold worked as a Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting from July 1995 to September 1998. Academic qualifications include a Diplom-Ingenieur in Planungs- und Wirtschaftsmathemat from Technische Universität Wien.
