Daniel Kirnbauer currently serves as a Supervisor of Significant Banks at FMA Finanzmarktaufsicht Österreich, a position held since April 2019, following a tenure as a trainee in the same organization. Daniel has gained extensive experience in the legal field through various internships, including roles at Z/C/H Legal, Baker McKenzie, Cerha Hempel Spiegelfeld Hlawati, and Binder Grösswang Rechtsanwälte, primarily focused on Banking & Finance. Additional experience includes working in regulatory management at Semper Constantia Invest GmbH. Daniel earned a Magister in Rechtswissenschaften from the University of Vienna, completing studies between 2013 and 2021.
