Steven Ralston is an experienced professional with a diverse background in sales, marketing, and client onboarding. Currently serving as Product Manager and Head of Services & Sales for FM since January 2016, Steven leads sales efforts for a family of brands aimed at empowering creatives. Prior roles include Director of Sales Operations and Director of Services & Sales for Filmsupply, as well as an Account Executive at Vendr. Steven's prior experience features work as an Onboarding Specialist at HubSpot, where responsibilities included guiding new customers through initial setup, and roles at EHR Concepts and ARAMARK, focusing on training, marketing, and campaign coordination. Steven holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and Management from Florida State University and has completed extensive training in Allscripts Enterprise systems.
