Katinka Schouten - van Liemt is an experienced professional with a background in HR and supply chain management. Currently serving as Programmanager Supply Chain at FM Group since April 2020, Katinka also holds the position of Teamleider HR and HR Adviseur at FleuraMetz since May 2014. Previous roles include HR Project adviseur at RSM Niehe Lancée Kooij and Manager HR & Finance at C. van de Graaf & Partners BV, where responsibilities encompassed personnel policy and administration. Katinka's career began in HRM at Polec, contributing to the establishment of a central HRM department, and further included roles in marketing and consultancy. Katinka holds a Bachelor's Degree in Commerciële economie from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and completed high school at Alkwin Kollege.
