Karen Lim is an experienced professional in the fields of client service and early childhood education, currently holding the roles of Experience Manager and People & Culture Experience Associate at Flywire since May 2021. Previously, Karen worked as a Community Associate at The Work Project, achieving significant recognition for client service excellence and successfully restructuring a low-performing branch's operations team. Earlier experience includes a role as an Early Childhood Educator at Busy Bees Asia, where responsibilities ranged from classroom management to parental engagement and student assessment. Karen holds a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in Psychology and Communication and Media Studies from Murdoch University.
