Charmaine D. currently serves as the Manager of Deployment Consulting at Flywire, overseeing a team of subject matter experts in project discovery, implementation, change management, testing, and knowledge transfer since May 2022. Prior to this role, Charmaine D. worked at Morehouse College as the Associate Vice President for Student Financial Services, where strategic leadership and oversight of Accounts Receivable functions were provided, including the management of a $34 million loan payoff gift project. Earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Student Accounts at Georgia State University, establishing billing and collection policies for over 50,000 students, and as the Associate Director for University Student Financial Services & Cashier Operations at the University of Illinois, managing customer service across three campuses. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University, a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University, and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from the University of Illinois Chicago.
