Charles Ward has a diverse work experience. Charles started in 2014 as a Flotation Tank Employee at Cloud Nine Float Center. In 2015, they worked as a Mentor at Dev Bootcamp, where they helped students with coding challenges and taught technical skills. Also in 2015, they joined EducationSuperHighway as a Senior Software Engineer, where they worked on building applications to improve internet access for schools and also contributed to machine learning projects. Currently, they are a Senior Frontend Developer at GrowthLoop (Flywheel) since 2023.

Charles Ward first completed their high school education at Belvedere College Dublin from 2004 to 2010. During this time, they studied higher-level subjects such as English, French, Mathematics, Biology, Accounting, and Geography.

After completing their high school education, Ward pursued a Bachelor's degree at Trinity College Dublin from 2010 to 2014. Charles studied Political Science, Philosophy, Economics, and Sociology (P.P.E.S) during their undergraduate studies.

In 2022, Ward returned to Trinity College Dublin to pursue a Master's degree in Mathematical Economics and Political Science. Charles completed this program within the same year. Additionally, in 2022, Ward also pursued a Master of Arts (MA) degree at Trinity College Dublin, specializing in Mathematical Economics and Political Science. This program is expected to be completed in 2023.
