Phillip Coppernoll is an accomplished Area Director with extensive experience in restaurant management and operations. Currently overseeing 15 locations for Flynn Restaurant Group, Phillip has successfully implemented training programs and raised sanitation standards. Prior to this role, Phillip served as Area Director for ELR DBA IHOP, where significant improvements in EBITDAR were achieved through cost management and comprehensive training initiatives. With previous positions as Regional Manager for multiple companies, including Mellow Mushroom Pizza Bakers and Ovation Brands, Phillip demonstrated a strong track record in increasing sales, improving operational standards, and developing effective training programs for management. Phillip holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management from Washington State University and an Associate's degree from Clark College.
