Penny Shaw is an accomplished business owner and leader with extensive experience in various industries. Currently serving as Owner and President of J.D. Mullen’s Inc. since July 2023, Penny continues the legacy of providing high-quality salad dressings established in 1948. In addition, Penny has owned Flying S Inc. since April 2001, overseeing human resources, accounting, marketing, and public relations. Previous experience includes roles as Office Manager at Adam Aircraft and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries in 1999, as well as a teaching and customer service position at the Sovereign Hill Museums Association from 1994 to 1998. Penny holds a degree in Management, HR, Tourism, Japanese, and Marketing from the University of Ballarat, where education was completed between 1997 and 2000.
