Liel Gonikman Makias is an experienced recruiter currently working at Flying Cargo since November 2021, responsible for presenting qualified candidates, scheduling interviews, and closing positions. Prior to this role, Liel served at Intel Corporation from October 2017 to November 2021, holding positions including Command Center Shift Leader and ERT Project Lead, overseeing emergency response operations, and enhancing security measures at the Haifa campus. Liel also has experience in training new employees and managing daily operations within the command center. Liel holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Haifa and a Bachelor's degree in Behavioral Sciences from The Max Stern Yezreel Valley College.
