Keith Sodan is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in human resources, business development, and coaching. Currently serving as a volunteer business and personal development coach since January 2024, Keith is also a member of the advisory board for Flying Axes, LLC, and has held key roles in the startup and development of axe-throwing businesses across the U.S. As the President of PerformPLUS Consulting LLC since February 2009, Keith has led various HR and organizational development projects internationally, including initiatives in Saudi Arabia and Oman. Previous positions include Vice President of Human Resources at Novelis Asia and various human resources leadership roles within Alcan. Keith holds a Bachelor of Science in Community Health Science from State University College.
