Alisa Uzarina is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in business effectiveness and performance excellence within the aviation and consulting sectors. Currently serving as a Business Effectiveness Specialist at Flydubai since April 2024, Alisa focuses on cross-functional initiatives including Customer Journey management and Organizational Design. Prior to this role, Alisa was a Performance Excellence Manager at SmartLynx Airlines Ltd and a Senior Consultant at PwC Latvija, where project coordination and advisory services were provided to clients in the Government and Public Sector.
