Simon's competencies also encompass commercial and business development, evidenced by the role as Head of Commercial and Business Development at Constellation Aviation Services L.L.C. An alumnus of the University of Exeter, Simon completed studies there between September 1991 and July 1995, following education at Eton College from 1985 to 1990.
