Manoranjan Padhy is an experienced program manager and developer advocate with a strong background in technology and community engagement. Currently serving as Program Manager for Growth at FlutterFlow since June 2024, Manoranjan previously held the position of Program Manager for Google for Developers at Google from June 2021 to May 2024. Manoranjan's experience includes developing the Open Source program at Zeta Suite, where responsibilities encompassed running a scalable Fintech Hackathon and supporting developer experience. As an Associate Consultant at Wipro Limited, Manoranjan managed operations and strategy for the Accelerator Program in India, further enhancing developer relations for Android and Machine Learning. Manoranjan's earlier role as Community Manager at Optimum InfoSolutions involved collaborating with global developer ecosystems and gathering product feedback for Google's Developer Community Program in India. Additionally, Manoranjan co-founded and organized HackBaroda, the first 24-hour hackathon in Baroda, and served as a mentor for the Python Software Foundation's Google Summer of Code 2016.
