Erica Hanson currently serves as the Head of Growth and Community at FlutterFlow, a position held since April 2024. Prior to this, Erica held various roles at Google from September 2006 to April 2024, including Global Head of Google Developer Community Programs, where management included overseeing Google Developer Groups and Google Developer Student Clubs. Additional responsibilities at Google encompassed leadership of the Developer Student Clubs Program, regional management in Southeast Asia, and project management in sales strategy across North and Central Europe. Erica began their career with an internship at Cohn & Wolfe and earned a BA in Psychology and Communications from Stanford University.
