Emer Liston is a seasoned professional in product management and customer experience, currently serving as Product Director for Experimentation and Head of Product for MarTech & Generosity at Flutter Entertainment Plc since February 2022. Prior experience includes over eight years at Paddy Power Betfair, where Emer led various teams focused on UX research, experimentation, and customer insights, ultimately overseeing a significant portfolio of projects across operations. Earlier roles included positions at Hoolux Medical and TEAM ROCKET, where Emer contributed to project management and digital marketing initiatives. Emer holds an MBS in Innovation in European Business and a BCL in Law from University College Cork.
