Deyan Rusinov is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer relationship management and operations. Currently serving as a CRM Operations Manager at Flutter International since October 2020, Deyan is responsible for the production and capacity planning of marketing campaigns, working closely with CRM and Product marketing teams. Previously, Deyan held roles as a CRM Operations Executive and CRM Delivery Specialist, ensuring accurate communication to customers across various platforms. As a co-founder of Fliby Ltd. from January 2018 to July 2020, Deyan managed an online Amazon store with automated systems for inventory and order processing. Earlier experience includes a position as Team Lead Manager at InPlay Sports Data, overseeing live data teams and quality control, and serving as a Live Data Entry operator. Deyan holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Technical University Sofia and a proficiency in Telecommunications Engineering from a professional high school.
