Raul Ruiz is an accomplished electrical design specialist with extensive experience across multiple companies in the engineering sector. Currently serving at Fluor Corporation as an Electrical Design Specialist since October 2024, Raul previously held positions including Project Electrical Design Lead at Kent and Yates Engineers and Constructors, and Principal Electrical Designer at McDermott International, Ltd. and Fluor. Throughout a career spanning over four decades, Raul has contributed to the design of various complex projects such as high voltage substations, power generation stations, nuclear power plants, and petro-chemical facilities. Educational qualifications include studies at the University of Houston and San Antonio College.
