Head Of Service Delivery at Fluid Attacks

Carolina Carrasco has worked in the Information Security industry since 2008. Carolina began their career at Telmex as an Ingeniera de Soporte in 2008. In 2009, they joined RedCom Ltda as a Regional Coordinator (TELMEX Project) and PyMES Support Engineer, where they managed programming and controlling activities of different contractors, time installation goals, and new customer network installation projects in PyMES area on Telmex Colombia. Carolina also established communication channels between commercial area, technical area and customers, and reported and analyzed statistics to control installation process. In 2011, they moved to Ultima Milla Telecomunicaciones as an Operation's Manager, where they managed project scope, schedule, human resources and international providers to assure top quality on project delivery, as well as managed support over customer's IP networks for voice, data and video solutions, and supported the sales team in the preparation of commercial offers to the customer from the technical side. In 2014, they became the Head of Service Delivery and Project Manager at Fluid Attacks, where they managed multiple information security projects over multiple customers, supported the sales team in the preparation of commercial offers from the technical side, and reported and analyzed statistics.

Carolina Carrasco has a diverse educational background. In 2013, they completed a Project Management Using PMBOK V5 degree from Universidad Nacional de Colombia in the field of Project Management. From 2009 to 2010, they earned an Especialista en Gerencia para Ingenieros degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana in Business Administration and Management, General. Finally, they obtained an Ingeniera Electrónica degree from Universidad Pontificia Bolivariana from 2001 to 2006 in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Additionally, they obtained a DevSecOps: Workshop certification from Fluid Attacks in May 2022.
