Kerrin Parker is a seasoned executive with a robust background in operations and leadership within the communications and technology sectors. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at FluentStream since January 2022, Kerrin previously held the role of Chief Executive Officer at magicJack for BUSINESSā„¢ and Broadsmart, Inc. Notable accomplishments include successfully repositioning magicJack for BUSINESSā„¢ into the SMB market and leading Broadsmart to a positive EBITDA within the first year post turnaround. Kerrin also served as Chief Operating Officer and EVP of Customer Operations at magicJack, managing a significant cloud-based VoIP operation, and has a history of driving growth and customer success at ShoreTel and M5 Networks. With an MBA in Economics from Mills College, Kerrin possesses a strong foundation in business principles and strategic execution.
