Dana is Vice President, Research at Fluent. Dana is a results-oriented leader with a record of success delivering creative research solutions tailored for diverse industries. She provides data-driven, strategic insights that address complex questions and support clients in determining direction and capitalizing on trends across industries, including education products and services, and public affairs.
Dana has conducted extensive research with children and teens, including studies on childrenās media use, the impact of work on parenting and family life and childrenās school experiences. For 14 years, Dana directed the annual MetLife Survey of the American Teacher, examining a wide range of K-12 issues. In higher education, she has conducted research for several universities regarding their recruitment, retention and related marketing strategies.
Dana previously worked as Vice-President at Harris Interactive (now the Harris Poll). She earned her Ph.D. in psychology from Harvard University and graduated magna cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania.
