Miroslav Derych is an experienced Operations Manager at Flowmon Networks since April 2018, previously serving as Associate Manager of Order Management at Monster from April 2011 to March 2018, where responsibilities included leading the EU Order Management Team and utilizing data for performance tracking. Other roles at Monster included Senior Order Processing Support, where Miroslav led the team in the absence of the Team Leader, and Order Processing Support, involving administration and fraud screening of orders. Prior experience includes serving as Team Leader of the Economical Department for the Formula Student project at Brno University of Technology and working as an Assistant of Attorney at a law firm. Miroslav holds a Master's degree in Company Management and Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Tax Advisory from Brno University of Technology, along with education from the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland.
