Luca Giraldi has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. In 1996, they served in the Italian Army as a Caporale in the Military Parachuting division. Luca then worked as an Export Manager at GTB from 2000 to 2003. In 2005, they joined ANTROX as an apprentice and eventually became a Vice President, overseeing strategic marketing plans and foreign development consulting. Luca stayed with ANTROX until 2015. From 2014 to 2017, they worked as a Customer Experience Manager at Gruppo Teddy, where they developed and implemented significant marketing projects. In 2015, they began their journey as a Ph.D. Student in Literature-Customer Experience at Università Politecnica delle Marche, during which they also co-founded a Uni Emoj Spinoff. In 2017, Giraldi founded EMOJ, a startup focused on customer-centric innovation. Luca held the position of CEO and Digital Senior Innovation Manager. In 2019, they assumed the roles of CEO at FLOWING and Professor and Researcher at UniMC. Finally, in 2022, they joined Claranet Italy as the Country Manager.
