Kristie McCarthy has worked in various roles since 1999. Kristie began their career as a Sr. Administrative Assistant at Menlo Worldwide in 1999. Kristie then worked as a Sr. Management Assistant in the Finance department at TVA from 2009 to 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they were a Sr. Administrative Assistant to the COO at HomeServe USA. From 2012 to 2015, they were an Assistant to the EVP/Chief Investment Officer at Unum, where they were responsible for producing/submitting SEC filing, producing/reconciling sales reports, and budget coordination/planning. From 2015 to 2016, they were an Executive Assistant to the CFO at The Dixie Group, where they were responsible for providing daily confidential administrative support and producing/submitting SEC filing. From 2016 to 2017, they were an Administrative Manager at Global Solutions Development, where they were responsible for providing daily confidential administrative support, developing and implementing operational aspects of new company, and project/event coordination. From 2017 to 2019, they were an Executive Assistant at Envision Healthcare. From 2019 to 2021, they were a Director of Virtual Operations and an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at GoNoodle. Kristie currently works as an Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer at Flowhub.

Kristie McCarthy attended Brevard College from 1988 to 1990, where they earned an AFA in Music. Kristie then attended Brenau University from 1990 to 1992, studying Vocal Performance. Finally, they completed their BM in Music - Vocal Performance at Clayton State University in 1996.
