Mo is currently in an unknown role at Flowfox. Prior to this, they were the COO of Rate Management at Magaya Corporation from September 2020 to January 2022. They were also the CEO of Catapult - An Accelya Group Company from December 2016 to September 2020. From November 2015 to December 2016, they were the Co-CEO of BCG xChange, a service of The Boston Consulting Group.

Mo earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Management, and Spanish from Drew University. Mo also attended Hudson Catholic for their schooling.
