Frank Sons is a software engineer who has worked for a variety of companies, including Innogames GmbH, Bigpoint GmbH, Ricoh Europe, BenQ Mobile, code-quality.de, ICANS GmbH, Modix GmbH, and OSB AG. Frank is currently employed at Flowfox, though their role there is unknown.

Sons began their career in 2004 as a software developer for TWT Interactive. Frank then moved to Modix GmbH, where they served as a Java software architect. In 2009, they left Modix to join Ricoh Europe as a Java developer. Frank left Ricoh in 2011 to join Bigpoint GmbH as a senior PHP engineer. Frank served as interim PHP lead before leaving the company in 2013. Frank then joined Innogames GmbH, where they worked as a software quality engineer until 2015.
