Dick Flowers has extensive work experience in the insurance industry. Dick started their career as a Group Insurance Agent at Arkansas Blue Cross Blue Shield in 1969 and held this position until 1972. Dick then joined New York Life as an Assistant Manager in the Group Department from 1972 to 1973. In 1974, they founded their own company, Flowers & Associates, Inc., where they currently serve as President.

Dick Flowers attended Little Rock University from 1964 to 1968, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biology, General.
