Michelle Williams has worked in a variety of roles in the past decade. In 2014, they began as an Auxiliar y asesoría redes sociales for H. Ayuntamiento de Xalapa. Two years later, they joined MOG Social Media as an Account Supervisor. In 2019, they moved to Linguistica International, where they served as an OTP Spanish Recruiter/Evaluator and Other Languages Team Lead and an OTP Operator. In 2021, they became a Virtual Assistant for HeadQuarters. Currently, they serve as an Operations Manager for FlowerHire, a cannabis recruiting agency.

Michelle Williams obtained a Licenciatura in Comunicación from Universidad Anáhuac Veracruz in 2012. Michelle also has an Introduction to Data Studio certification from Google.
