Tom Davis is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in the landscape and services industry. Currently serving as President of Flourish82 since 2019, Tom specializes in strategic thinking and implementation to drive company growth. Previously, Tom held the position of Executive Director at HeartLand, LLC, and LSI - Landscape Services Inc., overseeing the development of a leading commercial landscape enterprise across America. Tom's experience also includes a significant role as Consultant and Vice President of Enterprise Sales at BrightView Landscapes, contributing to the integration of large national companies. Earlier in Tom's career, leadership roles at The Brickman Group and The Bozzuto Group focused on national sales, account management, and overall operations. Tom holds a degree in Horticulture from the University of Maryland.
