Tom Wolfe is an accomplished food service and operations professional with extensive experience in managing various aspects of grocery and restaurant environments. Currently serving as General Manager of Breadquarters at Flour Bakery+Cafe since April 2020, Tom has previously held significant roles including Chef/Manager at Compass Group USA and New Store Operations Project Lead at Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, where Tom successfully overseen the opening of 22 grocery stores. Tom's career also includes successful positions at Eegee's Restaurants, Sprouts Farmers Market, Performance Food Group, Wild Oats Markets, and Starbucks, demonstrating strong leadership skills and a commitment to operational excellence. Tom holds an Associate of Arts and Sciences (AAS) degree in Culinary Arts and Related Services from Johnson & Wales University.
