Jerry Jao serves as SVP & GM at Constant Contact, leading the development of digital marketing tools for small businesses and nonprofits since August 2020. As the CEO & Founder of Retention Science, Jao has built a customer data platform that empowers marketers to enhance their campaigns across multiple channels since January 2013. Additionally, Jao holds a position as a Board Member at GQR Global Markets, an advisory firm in talent acquisition, and has taken on multiple roles as an Angel Investor and Advisor with various innovative companies, including Rothy's, Neuro, and Lensabl. Jao is a member of YPO and previously served on the board of Dropps®. Education includes a degree from the University of California, Berkeley, Haas School of Business, and Yale School of Management, with recognition for academic excellence.
