Yolonda Tingler is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience in providing individual, family, and couples counseling through telehealth platforms. Currently employed at Rula, UpLift, BetterHelp.com, and Grow Therapy, Yolonda utilizes various therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to address clients' concerns. In addition, Yolonda operates a private practice through Helping Hands Counseling and Interpreting, LLC, offering services to Deaf, Hard of Hearing, and hearing individuals. With a background in sign language interpretation, Yolonda has worked as a sign language interpreter for multiple organizations since 1995, advocating for the Deaf community while facilitating communication. Educational qualifications include a Master of Social Work and Bachelor's degree in Social Work from Florida State University, as well as an Associate degree in Manual Communications from Sinclair Community College.
