Amanda M. is a Master Level Clinical Team Lead at Florida Therapy Services, Inc., since December 2019, responsible for comprehensive assessments, service plan development, and high-quality documentation in compliance with agency standards and Medicaid regulations. Previously, Amanda worked as a Residential Services Assistant/Qualified Developmental Disability Professional at Vaughn-Blumberg Services from January 2016 to January 2019, addressing programmatic needs and conducting safety inspections. Prior experience includes serving as a Child Welfare Case Aide at Talladega Clay Randolph Child Care Corporation from April 2013 to April 2015, where Amanda focused on teaching life skills, educational support, and behavioral assessments. Amanda holds a Master’s degree in Rehabilitation Counseling and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Troy University Dothan, along with an Associate degree in General Studies from Wallace Community College.
