Heather Scarboro Lazar currently serves as the Senior Assistant Director of Employer Relations at Florida State University, where responsibilities include coordinating programs such as the On-Campus Recruitment program, the Mock Interview Program, and the ProfessioNole Clothing Closet to facilitate connections between students and employers. Previous experience includes roles at Georgia Southern University, where Heather managed career programs and events, organized career fairs, and developed initiatives to improve employer engagement and student career development.
