Max Ricci is a highly experienced entrepreneur and business leader, currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer at Proof Authentication since August 2020, focusing on secure product authentication solutions. Co-Founder roles include ventures such as Florida Squeezed and The Blue Door, a coastal bistro in West Palm Beach, both started in January 2021, and WAKANICCI, a direct-to-consumer men’s apparel brand launched in January 2020. As Managing Partner at Ricci Investment Group since 2005, Max oversees early-stage investments across various sectors, demonstrating expertise in deal flow, investment analysis, and portfolio management. Previous leadership roles include Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Mario Romano Capri USA, where Max contributed to the brand's strategic growth in the U.S. market, and a significant marketing role at Duro Textiles. Max Ricci holds an MBA from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a B.S. in Finance from Boston College.
