Dr. Barry Denton is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in academia, public affairs, and law enforcement. Currently serving as a Licensed Real Estate Professional at Premiere Plus Realty, Co. and an Assistant Professor at the University of Louisville College of Arts & Sciences, Dr. Denton also holds the position of Vice President at The Denton Group, focusing on government relations and crisis communication. In addition, responsibilities include being the National Director of Public Affairs for the United States Coast Guard Auxiliary. Dr. Denton has taught courses related to explosive ordnance disposal and criminal justice at multiple institutions, including American Military University and Indiana Wesleyan University, and held various leadership roles in public safety, including Major at Spencer County Sheriff's Office.
