Ashley Iaciofano is an experienced professional in patient care and customer service, currently serving as an Ophthalmic Assistant at Florida Retina Institute® since January 2022. Ashley engages with 50-80 patients daily, ensuring comfort and satisfaction while assisting with medical procedures and maintaining accurate patient documentation. Previous experience includes roles at Publix Super Markets as Customer Service Staff, responsible for problem-solving and cash management, and at Walt Disney World in Food and Beverage, where Ashley prioritized guest satisfaction and order accuracy. Additionally, Ashley served as Lead Spa Associate at Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, training new hires and achieving high membership conversion rates. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management from the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management.
