John Shermetaro, CHA, CHT, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. As the founder of Shermetaro Speaking since September 2022, John focuses on delivering impactful presentations and training. John has also been a Regional Manager and Training Specialist at the Florida Restaurant & Lodging Association since September 2012. Previously, John held the positions of Corporate Sales Manager and General Manager at Murphco of Florida from November 2008 to January 2014. John earned a degree in Business Management from Florida State University between 2004 and 2009.
