Mindy King has an extensive work experience in roles related to customer experience, market intelligence, and voice of the customer strategies. Mindy is currently the Director of Customer Experience at Florida Peninsula Insurance Company since December 2020. Before that, they held the same position at thyssenkrupp Elevator Corporation from April 2016 to December 2020. Prior to that, they were the Director, VOC & Market Intelligence at Tyco Integrated Security from January 2012 to February 2015. And before that, they had various roles at ADT, including Senior Manager, Global Competitive & Market Intelligence from March 2010 to January 2012 and Manager, Voice of the Customer/Business Intelligence from January 2006 to March 2010. Mindy also served as a Program Manager, Six Sigma Black Belt, and Project Office Manager at ADT from March 2000 to January 2006.
Mindy King has an MBA degree from Nova Southeastern University. Mindy also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.
