Susana Weymouth serves as the Chief Development Officer of The Florida Orchestra since January 2021. Prior to this role, Weymouth was the Executive Director of Tampa Bay Businesses for Culture & The Arts from January 2015 to January 2021, focusing on partnerships to enhance arts and culture in the community. Previous experience includes positions as Client Relationship/Account Manager at MedHOK, Inc., Coordinator of International Programs at Florida International University, and Development Director at the Miami International Film Festival. With a career spanning several decades, Weymouth has also worked in various development and consulting roles, including positions at the National Film and Television School and the Foreign Service Institute of the Department of State. Weymouth holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chinese Studies from Georgetown University.
