Paul J. Massy, Ph.D., currently serves as the Executive Director of the Center for Teaching and Learning and Director of Engaged Learning at Florida Memorial University since February 2024. Previously, Massy worked at Palm Beach State College as a Faculty Development Coach, focusing on faculty instruction and development. Massy has experience as a Graduate Research and Teaching Assistant at Florida Atlantic University, contributing to research and teaching within the Curriculum, Culture and Educational Inquiry Department. Furthermore, Massy spent over 25 years in various educational roles within the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Education, including Curriculum Officer, where responsibilities involved curriculum development and professional training. Massy's academic qualifications include a Ph.D. in Curriculum and Instruction from Florida Atlantic University and additional degrees in Music and Education from the University of the West Indies and Corinth Teachers College.
