Linda Lipnisky, MS, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 30 years of experience in human resources. Linda most recently served as the Director of Human Resources at Florida Medical Clinic since 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Human Resources at Physician Partners of America from 2013 to 2017.

Linda has also held significant HR leadership positions at Vintage Senior Living, where they tripled the size of the company's HR team and oversaw the expansion of their communities, and Renaissance Senior Living, where they served as the Vice President of Human Resources and Risk Management. Additionally, they worked for MBK Real Estate Companies and Birtcher Real Estate Group, where they led the HR function and implemented cost-effective employee benefit plans.

Throughout their career, Linda has been responsible for various aspects of HR, including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee engagement, training and development, risk management, and organizational development. Linda has a proven track record in successfully managing HR functions for large healthcare and real estate organizations.

Linda Lipnisky holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business from Chapman University, which they obtained from 1991 to 1996. Linda later pursued a Master's degree in Human Resources from the same university from 1993 to 1999. In terms of certifications, Linda obtained a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute in July 2019, and they also hold the SHRM-SCP Certification from the Society for Human Resource Management, which they obtained in December 2015. Additionally, Linda has obtained a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Workplace Certificate from USF Corporate Training and Professional Education in May 2021.
