Oscar Blanco is a seasoned security engineer with extensive experience in the information technology sector, currently employed at Florida International University since October 2006. Prior to this role, Oscar served as the IT Director at LatinFinance Magazine from 2005 to 2006, and worked as a network administrator at Eurobank from 2003 to 2005. Beginning a career in technology at Strategy Research Corporation from 1999 to 2003, Oscar contributed as both a Quancept developer and a general developer. Academic qualifications include a Master’s Degree in History and a Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, both obtained from Florida International University.
