Cinthya R. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in both real estate and education. Currently serving as a Real Estate Agent at Real Estate Empire Group since February 2023, Cinthya R. provides exceptional service and expertise to clients, helping them achieve their real estate aspirations. Concurrently, Cinthya R. has been the Instructional Design Supervisor at Florida International University since August 2010, collaborating with faculty to design and maintain online courses while enhancing distance education pedagogy. Additionally, Cinthya R. holds multiple adjunct faculty positions, teaching various subjects related to leadership, marketing, and psychology. Cinthya R. is currently pursuing a Doctor of Education in Adult Education and Human Resources Development at Florida International University, following a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Development, a Professional Certification in Human Resources Management, and degrees in Sociology from the University of Florida and Miami Dade College.
