Dona Gaynor has extensive experience in career services, currently serving as the Director of Career Services at the Florida Institute of Technology since 1988. In this role, Dona leads a comprehensive career services program, fostering relationships with employers to enhance opportunities for students and alumni. Previous positions at the Florida Institute include Assistant Director of Career Services & Cooperative Education, where Dona managed employer development and student advisement, and Coordinator of Job Location & Development, overseeing a federally-funded program to assist students in securing employment. Earlier professional experience includes a role as a Librarian at the Saskatchewan Research Council. Dona holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from the Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education from the University of Saskatchewan.
