Gregory Celestan serves as the Chief Executive Officer of Celestar Corporation since June 2004 and has held various leadership roles, including Board Member at Tampa General Hospital since September 2021 and Trustee at Hillsborough Community College since December 2020. Their extensive board experience includes serving as a member of the Board of Trustees for The Bank of Tampa and previously as Chairman of the Tampa General Hospital Foundation. Gregory was appointed by Governor Rick Scott to the Enterprise Florida Board and served as a Commissioner at Port Tampa Bay, where Gregory contributed to the economic growth of west central Florida. Gregory, a retired Lieutenant Colonel of the U.S. Army, holds a Master of Arts in International Affairs from the University of Washington and a Bachelor of Science in Engineering and Russian Area Studies from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
