Gary Herman has extensive experience in audience services and ticket management within the performing arts sector. Currently serving as the Director of Audience Services for the Florida Grand Opera, Gary previously held the position of Ticket Office and Subscription Manager at the Baltimore Symphony Orchestra from 1982 to 1992. Gary earned a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Maryland, where studies took place from 1972 to 1976.
